Maintenance Plans
Family Maintenance Plan ($56 pp)
The ideal time to begin Chiropractic Care is as young as possible! Our Family Maintenance Plan was designed to make regular Chiropractic Care available, and affordable, to those who are prepared to make a commitment to their, and their families, long term health.
In order to qualify for the Family Maintenance Plan, you must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of Intensive and Rehabilitation phases of care
- THREE OR MORE members of the family receiving regular monthly MAINTENANCE adjustments
- All members of the family must come in for their regular monthly adjustment within the same week
- If family members receive their adjustments on different days during the week, we ask that the FIRST family member to receive their adjustment in that week, pays for the other members of the family
- Appointments are to be made 12 MONTHS in advance. Every effort is made for families to have priority in the appointment book, and to schedule times that suit you best.
- If appointments need to be rescheduled, we ask that you give at least 24 HOURS notice, so that others may benefit from the vacancy your cancellation creates. A fee is applicable to appointments missed without notification.
- Families are permitted to miss ONE of their scheduled appointments. If more than one months appointments are missed, the family will no longer qualify for the Family Maintenance Plan.
If you wish to join our Family Maintenance Plan, please advise one of our Chiropractic Assistants (CA’s) and provide them with a suitable time for your appointments. We will then provide you with:
- A printout of your scheduled appointments
- A courtesy phone call or SMS on the day prior to your adjustment.(Please advise the CA’s if this is not required).
If unscheduled/extra visits are required, the fee remains the same, and we ask that you stick to your monthly schedule.
Individual Maintenance Plan ($60)
For those of you who have made a commitment to maintaining optimal health, and receive regular monthly care, but do not qualify as a FAMILY, we have the Individual Maintenance Plan available.
To join the Individual Maintenance Plan, you must:
- Have completed Intensive and Rehabilitation phases of care
- Receive regular monthly MAINTENANCE care.
- Appointments must be made 12 MONTHS in advance, which ensures that you receive the day and time that suits you.
- If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 HOURS notice must be given, so that others may benefit from the vacancy your cancellation creates.
- You are permitted to miss ONE of your scheduled appointments. If more than one appointment is missed in a 12 month period, you will no longer qualify for the Individual Maintenance Plan.
Once you have decided to take advantage of the Individual Maintenance Plan, advise one of our CA’s of the day and time that suits you best, and we will provide you with:
- A printout of your scheduled appointments
- A courtesy phone call or SMS on the day prior to your adjustment.(Please advise the CA’s if this is not required).
