Our allied health team brings together a range of complementary services, providing patients with access to different approaches to support their health and wellbeing.
Our practitioners include remedial and Swedish massage therapists, myotherapists, Reiki practitioners, manual lymphatic drainage therapists and podiatrists. Each practitioner brings their own experience, qualifications and area of interest to the McMillan Allied Health Care team.

Guy McGrath
Myotherapist & Owner of Complete Muscle Care
Adv. Dip. Myotherapy
Born and bred in Gippsland, Guy has been a qualified Myotherapist since 2005 and the owner of Complete Muscle Care for many years. He has been proudly working from McMillan’s since 2009, helping patients get back to doing what they love.
When he’s not in the clinic, Guy is a devoted dad to his three children and spends plenty of time helping out with their sporting commitments. He also enjoys a round of golf, has a well-documented appreciation for energy drinks, and may or may not have a shoe collection that rivals some retail stores.
One thing’s for sure — no two days are the same, and neither are Guy’s shoes. See if you can spot what pair he’s wearing when you come in!
Michelle McDougall
Remedial & Swedish Massage
Michelle has been part of the McMillan team for many years, originally working as a chiropractic assistant before transitioning into massage therapy. She began practising from our clinic in 2022, bringing her extensive knowledge of the clinic and its patients into her new role.
Tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs, Michelle offers remedial massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage to help relieve muscle tension, pain and discomfort.
Michelle works from our Sale clinic on Wednesdays. Bookings are available online or through the Sale clinic.

Achilles is a local boy from Sale, where he currently spends and has spent most of his life.
Dedicated, devoted, driven and discrete, with a personal focus on working tirelessly in an effort to deliver quality treatment outcomes for everyone, no matter the individual seeking it or their predetermined symptoms.
Phil Cullis
Remedial Massage | Reiki | Spinal Flow | Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Phil has been practicing massage and reiki for over 25 years. He started as a sports trainer for the Stratford Football Club, then with the Sale Umpires Association, where he focused on sporting injuries and performance.
Over the past couple of years, Phil has been keeping up with current trends in the massage industry through completing a Diploma in Remedial Massage, plus certificates in Hot Stone Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Spinal Flow Technique, an effective way to heal from pain, disease and illness using the anatomy of the Spine and Nervous System.
Stephen Learhinan
Podiatrist
Stephen is originally from Adelaide, South Australia. Stephen graduated from the now University of S.A in 1982 and worked as a Podiatrist in both the public sector and his own private practices until making the tree change to Gippsland with his family in 2003.
Stephen provides a range of Podiatry Services including:
