Born and raised in the Gippsland region, I have been a qualified myotherapist since 2005 graduating from the Australian College of Sports therapy after completing 3 years of full-time study. I began my career worked in Melbourne over a 4-year period and returned to the Gippsland region in 2009. Â Since this time, I have owned and operated a myotherapy business from within the McMillan chiropractic centre (Complete Muscle Care).
With over 10 years of experience, I am well qualified in all facets of the myotherapy profession including Dry needle therapy, cupping, deep tissue techniques and trigger point therapy. I am able to treat many different muscular aches and pains from sports injuries to headaches and back pain just to name a few.
With a love for family, sport and pets I share a want to help others with the busy life of 2 children (and one on the way). I really enjoy meeting and working with people from all part of the Gippsland region and the lives, stories and the injuries that come with it.
