Amy completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) at RMIT University. Originally from the city, Amy has had to get used to the country life in the Latrobe Valley.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys baking, tending to her plants and spending time with her family and cats.
