Our History
Our story began in 1997 when Dr Jason McMillan established the Sale clinic, creating a warm, community-focused space dedicated to genuine, patient-centred care. Over the years, Jason and his wife Meaghan worked side-by-side to grow the practice, remaining integral parts of the clinic until 2014.
As demand for quality healthcare increased, the clinic expanded into Bairnsdale and Traralgon, evolving into a multi-site, multi-disciplinary group supporting communities across Gippsland. Our services broadened to include a range of Allied Health disciplines, reflecting our commitment to collaborative, whole-person care.
In 2024, we partnered with HealthWeave to strengthen operational support and enhance service delivery across all locations.
Today, as McMillan Allied Healthcare, we continue to build on the foundations laid in those early years—providing accessible, integrated care for individuals and families, supported by the values that have guided us from the very beginning.
